Losing 20 Pounds in 2 Weeks

You may drive yourself crazy in effort to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks for whatever the event or need is (big day).  Often times the big day turn out to be class reunions, weddings, spring breaks, family reunions etc.

Looking at weight loss programs with drastic results in such a short time is not only unnatural but it is absolutely not safe and not advised.

First off, you have to pay to play!  What I mean by this is, losing 20 pounds in such a short time will require an extreme amount of work physically.  You will have to do ten days of cardio for a time span of one hour each day.

That can range from swimming, aerobics classes, cycling classes, playing sports, jogging, and any other exercise that you can do for one hour straight.  This will cause you to sweat quit a bit which will in turn allow you to drop water weight and burn calories!

Secondly, drink lots of water and natural fruit juice.  This will help the body to detoxify itself and get out all of those filthy toxins that may be somewhere resting in your system.  The sugar from the fruit will give you energy to sustain yourself.

The goal here is only to use this diet for a short period of time (2 weeks) because if it were to be used over a long period of time the body could shut down from lack of other proper nutrients.  Reason being is that the body cannot be pushed to such high levels aerobically and not be replenished properly afterward.

Naturally to adhere to this regime would be difficult but it can be done and it has been done.  It is noteworthy to mention that it is best to eat a lot of proteins, vegetables, and fruits during these two weeks.

You need to have strength to do the workouts and these 3 will give you that.  Stay away from meat during this time. Trail mix is also a great addition to help you detoxify the body while giving the proper nourishment to the body.

Health is Wealth!
